Where are Ninnle Dolls made?
All our dolls are handmade in Indonesia. We are proud that our dolls are made with skill, passion and that we are committed to providing all our artisans a sustainable, fair trade income.
What are the dolls made of?
Every Ninnle dolls is hand crocheted with 100% Egyptian mercerized cotton. They are stuffed with hypoallergenic polyester filling.
What is the appropriate age for these dolls?
We design Ninnle Dolls to be loved by children of all ages. We use yarn for all facial details, meaning that there are no potential choke hazards. We recommend young children be supervised when playing with all toys.
How are the dolls made?
Every Ninnle Doll is made entirely by hand. Every detail is hand crochet by talented artisans.
Are the dolls machine washable?
We recommend to wash your Ninnle doll by hand with cold water and laying it flat to dry to help preserve its shape and detail.

We made a commitment when we started Ninnle Dolls that we would never mass produce our dolls or put profits ahead of people. Providing fair trade wages to our artisans ensures that the principles of fairness and decency are part of everything we make. It makes us proud when we hear of the meaningful change this brings to the lives of our crocheters.
Orders + Shipping
What can I do if the doll I want is out of stock?
All Ninnle dolls are made by hand, so they take a significant amount of time to produce. This means from time to time we struggle to keep up with demand and do sell out of popular dolls. We aim to replenish our out-of-stock dolls as quickly as possible. If you need assistance we would be more than happy to help! Please contact us here
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia wide. If you would like to place an international order please contact us here and we will try our best to help fulfil your order.
We offer FREE shipping to any address within the Sutherland Shire Sydney. Simply enter your shipping address and if eligible your shipping will automatically update to FREE. Please note: Sutherland Shire deliveries only occur on a Friday evening. If you would like your Ninnle Doll earlier please reach out to us directly at hello@ninnledolls.com.au
Order Processing Time
Orders with standard shipping will be dispatched within two business days. Orders placed with Express shipping will be dispatched by the following business day.
Payment options
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and AfterPay.
Gift Messages + Gift Wrapping
While we do not offer gift wrapping, each Ninnle Doll order will be wrapped in our emblem tissue paper and inside a Ninnle Doll box with a Thank you card.
Carrier Information + Tracking
All orders are sent using Sendle which includes tracking.
Returns + Exchanges
Do you accept exchanges or returns
Unfortunately, at this time Ninnle Dolls do not accept any exchanges or returns.

Our warehouse packs and ships from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and NSW Public Holidays.

All orders will be charged a flat fee of $15.00 AUD for standard postage which includes tracking.

Pre-orders:

If your item is a pre-order, this will be dispatched once the item becomes available. You can find estimated dispatch times on the individual product page. If your order has other available items, these will be held for when the preorder product becomes available. Do you pack orders on Public Holidays & weekends?
We close every weekend and NSW public holiday to give our amazing team a break!
International
Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally. However, if you would like to register your expressions of interest please use the “Contact Us” page and let us know, we may be able to help!
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send out a confirmation email to let you know it's on its way. This email will include a tracking link that you can use to follow your order’s journey!
